Is There An Alternative To Using Podio?

We understand that for some advisers & support staff there may be a reluctance to learn new software at the same time as developing a contracting relationship. In order to alleviate the additional training burden, we selected Podio as it allows you the following easy option:

• Your first step will be to login and add your name to your profile (this step should take less than one minute and is detailed here)
• Await your first email notification from your paraplanner (this will come from an @podio email address)
• Reply to this email with the requested information & any attachments (ensure you do not alter the email address that you are replying to)
• The information will be uploading back into Podio for your paraplanner to view
• When the SoA is complete, you will receive another email notification with a download link for your SoA.

By developing this system within Podio, we can ensure that you have the option to communicate via email replies rather than logging in. We hope you find this useful and we will be happy to help you with any questions you have.
